When you use an AI-enabled feature, MyGeoVerse may process text prompts, voice input, transcribed speech, conversation context, questions, user instructions, location or spatial context relevant to the request, content associated with a POI or Smart Asset, user preferences, AI-generated responses, and information reasonably necessary to provide the requested AI interaction.
Certain AI functionality may rely on third-party AI providers, large language model providers, speech-recognition providers, cloud-computing providers, or related technology providers. Before MyGeoVerse transmits personal or sensitive user data to a third-party AI provider, XR Masters will clearly disclose what information will be shared, the purpose of the sharing, and obtain the user’s explicit permission before the transmission where required by applicable law or platform policy. XR Masters does not authorize third-party AI providers to use personal information received through MyGeoVerse for unrelated purposes except where independently disclosed to the user or required by law.
8. Recommendations and Contextual Services
MyGeoVerse may provide contextual, geographic, spatial, AI-powered, or location-based recommendations. These recommendations may use information such as current or approximate location, nearby POIs, spatial context, user-selected interests, account preferences, prior interactions where enabled, current activity, environmental context, and content made available through the MyGeoVerse platform.
Recommendations may include information relating to destinations, attractions, cultural or heritage sites, businesses, shops, restaurants, services, events, navigation, venue facilities, exhibits, or other geographically relevant content. Certain recommendations or POIs may be sponsored, promoted, commercially supported, or associated with participating venues or partners. Where applicable law requires notice, consent, or an opt-out mechanism for personalized or targeted advertising, MyGeoVerse will provide the required notice and user choice.
9. Creator Content and Points of Interest
The MyGeoVerse platform may allow authorized users, creators, customers, partners, and administrators to create, upload, publish, manage, or distribute digital content. This may include Points of Interest, text, images, audio, video, 2D assets, 3D assets, models, scenes, avatars, Smart Assets, spatial experiences, geographic coordinates, GeoPose information, anchors, navigation information, content descriptions, metadata, and related content.
